Warehouse Assistant – Affinity Health Vacancies

Join a dynamic team where accuracy, efficiency, and safety are valued. The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including processing and packing orders, managing stock, and ensuring a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and pack customer orders ready for shipment
• Load delivery vans and verify shipments against delivery schedules
• Gather materials and supplies for colleagues as needed
• Manage stock levels and place orders for replenishment
• Enter data into inventory systems to maintain accurate records
• Move supplies and boxes within the warehouse efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
• Clean delivery vans and prepare them for the next day’s operations
• Ensure all warehouse practices meet quality standards

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–3 years’ experience in a warehouse, stores, or inventory control environment
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organisational and attention-to-detail skills
• Physically fit to handle manual warehouse tasks
• Grade 12 essential
• Clear criminal record
• Resides within close proximity to the workplace (e.g., Langa, Bonteheuwel, Heideveld, Bishop Lavis, Valhalla Park, Matroosfontein, Elsies River, Ravensmead)
