Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven Store Manager to lead our store team in achieving business KPIs, driving sales, managing costs, reducing stock loss, and maintaining world-class store standards. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience while ensuring operational excellence across all store functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales through excellent customer service, promotional implementation, and maintaining the store’s image and standards.
• Minimise stock loss by fostering a healthy store culture and adhering to security, stock, and cash handling procedures.
• Manage store costs by promoting efficiencies in line with the company’s low-cost culture.
• Ensure all administrative duties are completed according to company guidelines.
• Lead, train, coach, and manage the store team to achieve performance targets.
• Maintain health, safety, and housekeeping standards throughout the store.

Job Requirements

• Grade 12 qualification.
• Proficient in English.
• Tertiary education (degree or diploma in Business or Retail) is an advantage.
• 1–2 years’ experience in a retail leadership role is preferred.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office and/or Google GSuite).
