Purpose of the Role
The Specialist Culture & Inclusion supports the implementation and coordination of Culture Transformation and Diversity and Inclusion initiatives aligned to group and regional standards. The role contributes to building a values-driven, inclusive culture that enables high performance, employee engagement, and the attraction, development, and retention of diverse talent. Working closely with Senior Specialists and HR teams, the role delivers practical, business-aligned solutions that enhance the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Senior Specialists and HR teams in implementing Culture Transformation and Diversity and Inclusion initiatives aligned to business and regional priorities
- Identify and support opportunities that promote a values-driven and inclusive culture across teams and functions
- Coordinate and support employee engagement and culture initiatives, including surveys, focus groups, and feedback sessions
- Collect, analyse, and report on culture, engagement, and D&I data to identify trends and inform actions
- Provide administrative, logistical, and coordination support for culture and inclusion programmes, workshops, and communications
- Contribute to awareness and learning initiatives that strengthen inclusion, collaboration, and leadership capability
- Build and maintain effective working relationships across HR and the business to drive participation in culture and inclusion initiatives
- Monitor emerging trends and leading practices in Culture and Inclusion to continuously improve programme delivery
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised university
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years relevant HR experience
- Exposure to or demonstrated interest in Culture Transformation, Employee Engagement, or Diversity and Inclusion initiatives at operational or enterprise level
- Sound understanding of how culture and inclusion initiatives drive employee engagement and organisational performance
