About the Program

We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and digitally proficient Social Media & Digital Marketing Facilitator to elevate our brand presence online. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, understands platform-specific behaviours, and can effectively drive both strategy and execution across multiple digital channels.

This role requires hands-on expertise in content creation, maintaining brand voice, community engagement, crisis management, trend awareness, and performance analysis. The successful candidate will have a proven ability to grow audiences, produce engaging content, and optimise campaigns for maximum impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the full social media strategy across all key platforms, ensuring alignment with brand goals and tone of voice.
  • Create engaging, platform-specific content including copy, images, videos, stories, reels, and TikToks that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Plan, schedule, and publish content consistently across social media channels.
  • Manage and grow online communities by responding to comments, messages, and customer queries.
  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, Pinterest) to increase reach, traffic, and conversions.
  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Stay updated on digital trends, viral content, and platform updates, integrating innovative ideas into the social strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, e-commerce, design, and customer service to support campaigns and initiatives.
  • Support email and SMS marketing efforts, ensuring content accuracy and alignment with brand standards.
  • Assist with content planning, creative briefs, and shoots to maintain high-quality output.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing social media strategies that grow audiences and drive conversions.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience managing paid social campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proficiency in platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging digital channels.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and scheduling tools such as Meta Business Suite, Bloomreach, Confluence, Hootsuite, ClickUp.
  • Understanding of paid media, audience targeting, and optimisation metrics.
  • Skilled in leveraging AI tools effectively in digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
