Affinity Health Vacancies is seeking dynamic and target-driven Short Term Insurance Telesales Consultants to join the iMas Insurance Brokers team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering excellent customer service while driving sales in the Short-Term Insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up promptly on leads and provide timely responses.
• Deliver quotes and close sales through an outbound telesales process.
• Quote existing and potential members accurately.
• Convert quotations into confirmed sales, meeting or exceeding monthly targets.
• Engage potential members and assist with underwriting policies.

Candidate Requirements

• Matric/Grade 12 certificate.
• FAIS credits at NQF Level 4 as per FSCA requirements.
• RE5 accreditation as per FSCA legislative requirements.
• Minimum 1 year outbound contact centre telesales experience.
• At least 6 months’ experience in short-term insurance brokerage.
