Introduction
Join Clicks as a Shop Assistant / Cashier X1 and play a key role in delivering service excellence through efficient customer service, point of sale (POS) operations, and in-store merchandising to create a positive shopping experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

Job Objectives:

• Execute all point of sale operational activities accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy when scanning merchandise and collecting payments, including managing clubcard rewards.
• Ensure the safe handling of cash at all times.
• Promote Clicks’ clubcard and enroll new members to meet participation targets.
• Inform customers about promotions to boost sales and ensure they “feel good and pay less.”
• Deliver exceptional customer service by acting as a visible brand ambassador, offering friendly and professional assistance.
• Perform and maintain merchandising and general housekeeping duties according to store and visual standards.
• Support Clicks’ vision to be the customer’s first-choice health and beauty retailer by embodying company values.
• Keep updated knowledge of products, ranges, promotions, and events to provide accurate information to customers.
