Job Description
Fidelity is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Team Leader to oversee, guide, and support the sales team. This role is responsible for driving performance, training new and underperforming sales representatives, and ensuring operational compliance within the department.
Qualification & Experience
- Matric or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Sales Representative or Team Leader
- Valid Driver’s License
- PSIRA Registered (Grade C)
Key Responsibilities
- Interview and shortlist potential sales representatives for departmental vacancies.
- Conduct weekly vehicle inspections using the Green Fleet app.
- Maintain SFE performance records with reps weekly and report to the Regional Sales Manager.
- Arrange and accompany sales reps on group travels and client visits.
- Assist in sourcing venues for OPC events.
- Train new sales reps both administratively and in the field, and coach underperforming staff.
- Manage sick leave and AWOL cases.
- Assist with allocation of traffic fines and PER3 documentation.
- Provide technical support and guidance to sales representatives.
- Support OTC rejections of paperwork and ensure proper follow-up.
- Collaborate closely with Direct Sales Administrators for HR and operational tasks.
