Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 Matric qualification
  • Minimum of three years’ proven experience in retail management

Professional Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance through effective planning, prospecting, and customer-centric service
  • Manage stock levels to ensure optimal availability while minimizing losses
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and risk management standards
