Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 Matric qualification
- Minimum of three years’ proven experience in retail management
Professional Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance through effective planning, prospecting, and customer-centric service
- Manage stock levels to ensure optimal availability while minimizing losses
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and risk management standards
- Oversee cash handling, financial controls, and profitability
- Lead, motivate, and develop team members to achieve high performance
- Manage change effectively and guide teams through evolving retail environments
