Introduction
Pepkor Vacancies is seeking a self-motivated and target-driven Sales Agent with a strong focus on customer service and the ability to persuade and influence. This is a commission-based role with weekly earnings, offering high earning potential for driven individuals.

Role Purpose
To generate income and maximise profitability through proactive sales activities and excellent customer service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform sales activities, including prospecting and cold canvassing, to generate new business
• Identify customer needs and promote suitable products and services
• Attract and retain customers through effective merchandising practices
• Engage with customers in a professional, customer-centric manner
• Consistently work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 qualification

• Basic knowledge of sales and prospecting processes, with in-store training provided
• Strong self-motivation, drive, and energy
• Customer service-oriented mindset
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding of business policies and procedures
