About the Program

Introduction
Clicks is seeking a Sales Advisor (27-40hr) to deliver exceptional customer service by providing in-depth product knowledge and driving sales through effective cross-selling and up-selling techniques.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Drive store sales through proactive cross-selling and up-selling.
• Minimise loss and shrinkage by following Store Operating Procedures.
• Maintain an appealing and welcoming shopping environment for customers.
• Maximise sales by taking ownership of promotional events and daily store requirements.
• Enhance profitability and foster brand loyalty with customers.
• Ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer service.

• Strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Active listening and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving ability

Qualifications and Experience:

• Matric/Grade 12 (essential)
• Experience in cosmetics
• Retail sales or service experience (desirable)

• Solid understanding of retail principles
• Ability to interact effectively with customers
• Strong selling skills
• Computer literacy
• Knowledge of stock management principles
