This role focuses on sales forecasting, financial analysis, and strategic product planning to support effective product trading and business growth.

Role Purpose
As a Planner, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing all merchandise planning activities to drive profitability and ensure efficient product availability across stores. You will play a critical role in managing product performance from initial concept through to final delivery while collaborating across multiple business functions including distribution and store operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner closely with Fashion Merchandise Buyers and suppliers to support product strategies
• Utilize internationally recognised planning systems alongside customised internal tools
• Ensure optimal product allocation — delivering the right merchandise, to the right store, at the right price, and at the right time
• Support strategic decision-making through accurate forecasting and performance analysis
• Monitor and manage stock levels to maximise sales opportunities and minimise risk
Qualifications and Experience
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience, preferably within a fashion retail planning environment
• Relevant tertiary qualification with a strong numerical or analytical focus
• Experience with planning systems such as Oracle, ProClarity, or PLM is advantageous
