Packaging Team Leader – Sab Vacancies

Key Purpose:
Lead the SBU in executing the production plan, ensuring quality control, performing autonomous maintenance tasks, and resolving production issues efficiently.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and perform scheduled maintenance activities.
• Monitor and oversee production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards.
• Interpret and implement the production plan for each shift.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and preferred suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with administrative systems and procedures.
• Administer conditions of employment for team members.
• Contribute to personal and team development initiatives.
• Prepare, manage, and control production budgets.
• Apply effective problem-solving and decision-making techniques.
• Facilitate team-based problem-solving sessions.
• Mentor and develop employees for optimal performance.
• Promote and maintain a healthy industrial relations climate.
• Manage and apply personnel practices according to company standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Instrumentation, Chemical, or Process Engineering.
• Completion of Packaging Traineeship, ABInBev Leadership Program, or Artisan Training.
• 3–5 years of factory production experience.
• Demonstrated experience in shift production management.
• Strong performance record with a disciplined work ethic, problem-solving skills, and commitment to continuous improvement.
