Packaging Line Team Leader – Sab Vacancies

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and perform scheduled maintenance on packaging lines.
• Monitor and oversee production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Interpret and implement the production plan for each shift.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment at all times.
• Build and foster strong relationships with customers and preferred suppliers.
• Ensure proper application of administrative systems and procedures.
• Administer employment conditions for team members.
• Contribute to personal and team development initiatives.
• Prepare, manage, and control production budgets.
• Apply problem-solving and decision-making techniques effectively.
• Facilitate team-based problem-solving sessions.
• Develop and mentor employees for optimal performance.
• Ensure a positive industrial relations climate.
• Manage and apply personnel practices in line with company standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Instrumentation, Chemical, or Process Engineering.
• Completion of Packaging Traineeship, ABInBev Leadership Program, or Artisan Training.
• 3–5 years of factory production experience.
• Proven experience in shift production management.
• Demonstrated track record of high performance, strong work ethic, problem-solving ability, and commitment to continuous improvement.
