About the Role:
The P27 General Assistant is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the store while delivering excellent customer service. This role focuses on merchandise presentation, assisting management, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Qualifications:

• Matric (Grade 12)

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• Previous sales experience
• Customer service oriented
• Team player with ability to work effectively with colleagues
• Ability to plan and prioritise daily tasks
• Computer literate
• Strong attention to detail
• Effective communication skills with customers and team members
• Ability to work under pressure
• High level of integrity and initiative

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Protect all assets including stock, cash, physical assets, staff, and customers
• Implement company policies and procedures effectively
• Maintain store or department layout according to company standards
• Provide excellent customer service
• Follow correct administration procedures for stock room, markdowns, and lay-bys
• Ensure merchandise is replenished and the store is well-maintained
