Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Nursing Practitioner to manage and provide high-quality healthcare services in line with company standards. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a commercially viable clinic efficiently
• Conducting lifestyle management screening tests
• Running “Well Baby” clinics, including immunisations and baby health monitoring
• Offering reproductive health services
• Administering adult immunisations
• Providing Primary Health Care, including minor ailments and wound care
• Performing phlebotomy services
• Preparing professional, stock, and financial management reports
• Managing medical waste and ensuring a safe clinic environment
• Handling adverse events and medical emergencies
• Advising and counselling patients on health, weight management, and referring to Pharmacists or other health professionals when needed
• Planning and executing “Health Days” and other health initiatives
• Building and maintaining professional healthcare networks

Minimum Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:

• Registered Professional Nurse
• 3-year Nursing diploma or 4-year Nursing degree
• Minimum of 3 years practical experience across nursing disciplines, preferably in Community Health, Primary Health, and Midwifery
• Experience with Unisolv and Allegra is advantageous
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)

Skills and Knowledge:

• Ensures patient information is secure, confidential, and accurately maintained electronically
• Strong administrative and reporting skills to maintain smooth clinic operations
• Ensures proper payment controls for services rendered
• Manages, monitors, and orders clinic stock and equipment, maintaining cold chain and preventing loss or shrinkage
• Demonstrates financial and commercial awareness
• Maintains current SANC registration and indemnity
• Establishes and coordinates locum networks
• Implements self-audit tools and manages time effectively
