This role also oversees all hygiene, food safety, and operational requirements within the Bakery Department.

Minimum Requirements

• NQF 3 Bakery qualification
• Proven experience as a Baker, Bakery Supervisor, or Bakery Manager

• Lead, coach, and manage bakery staff
• Perform accurate administrative duties
• Manage stock effectively using SAP systems
