Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound telesales to promote and sell financial service products.
• Sell loans, short-term, and long-term insurance products.
• Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication.
• Handle objections professionally to close sales successfully.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 months outbound telesales experience in financial services, loans, or insurance.
• Matric certificate – non-negotiable.
• Clear criminal and credit record.
• Strong sales aptitude with proven objection-handling skills.
