Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to sell financial service products.
• Promote and sell loans, short-term, and long-term insurance products.
• Build rapport with clients and maintain professional relationships.
• Handle customer objections effectively to close sales.
• Achieve and exceed set sales targets while maintaining high service standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 12 months outbound telesales experience in financial services.
• Experience selling loans and short-term or long-term insurance products.
• Matric certificate is mandatory.
• Clear criminal and credit record.
• Strong sales skills with proven objection-handling ability.
