Key Responsibilities

• Manage existing client accounts and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
• Generate recurring maintenance revenue through proactive telesales.
• Coordinate service callouts and follow-ups efficiently.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Zoho CRM.
• Work towards achieving monthly service and revenue targets.
