Job Description
Fidelity is looking for a motivated Hybrid Sales Representative to drive sales of armed monitoring, armed response agreements, and security system solutions. This role focuses on generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Main Purpose of the Job

  • Source and sell armed monitoring and armed response agreements to potential customers.
  • Promote and sell alarm system upgrades, additions, CCTV systems, and electric fences.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for new customers and hardware sales.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous sales experience with a proven track record, preferably in capital goods sales (not FMCG).
  • Knowledge of intruder detection systems such as IDS or DSC is advantageous.
  • Matric or equivalent qualification.

Job Requirements & Attributes

  • Self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven.
  • Strong selling, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Computer literate (MS Office, Email, and Internet).
  • Presentable, professional, and of sober habits.
  • Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
  • PSIRA Grade C advantageous.
  • Passion for generating new business and aptitude for electronic and technical equipment.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Generate and close self-sourced deals.
  • Follow up on internal and telesales leads.
  • Sell security solutions to both new and existing clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with estate agents, builders, architects, and other stakeholders.
  • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly sales reporting.
  • Maintain all administrative duties related to sales.

Performance Standards

  • Meet and exceed revenue and new client acquisition targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on all leads and quotes.
