Job Description
Fidelity is seeking a motivated Hybrid Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to drive sales, build strong client relationships, and provide innovative security solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and sell armed monitoring and response agreements to meet client security needs.
  • Promote and sell alarm system upgrades, CCTV systems, electric fences, and other security products.
  • Exceed monthly sales targets through proactive engagement and customer satisfaction.
  • Generate and close deals using both self-sourced and internally provided leads.
  • Cultivate relationships with estate agents, builders, architects, and other stakeholders to grow business.
  • Provide accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Maintain administrative records related to sales with attention to detail.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets, preferably in capital goods sales.
  • Knowledge of intruder detection systems (IDS, DSC, AJAX, or other alarm systems) is advantageous.
  • Matric or equivalent qualification.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office, email, and internet applications.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor with a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
  • Hunter mentality with a passion for electronics and technical equipment.

Performance Standards

  • Achieve revenue sales targets and acquire new clients while maintaining relationships with existing ones.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on all leads and quotes to maximize conversion rates.
