Job Description
Fidelity is seeking a dynamic Hybrid Sales Consultant to join our team and drive sales of security solutions. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by generating new business, building client relationships, and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and sell armed monitoring and response agreements to new and existing customers.
- Promote and sell alarm system upgrades, CCTV systems, electric fences, and other security products.
- Exceed monthly sales targets through proactive engagement and customer-focused strategies.
- Generate and close deals using both self-sourced and internally provided leads.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with estate agents, builders, architects, and other key stakeholders.
- Provide accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Perform administrative duties related to sales with attention to detail.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets, preferably in capital goods sales.
- Knowledge of intruder detection systems such as IDS, DSC, or AJAX is advantageous.
- Matric or equivalent qualification.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office, email, and internet applications.
- Professional appearance with a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all leads and quotes to maximize conversion rates.
