Head of Engineering

Sea Harvest vacancies are seeking an experienced Head of Engineering to lead and drive the implementation of operational plans within the Saldanha Asset Care function. This senior role is responsible for ensuring that all land-based operational assets are compliant, available, and performing at required standards to support strategic efficiency, productivity, and profitability objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the implementation of asset care and engineering operational plans
• Ensure all land-based assets comply with regulatory, safety, and operational standards
• Drive asset availability, reliability, and performance across operations
• Support the achievement of strategic efficiency, productivity, and profitability goals
• Provide leadership and direction to engineering and asset care teams
• Continuously improve engineering processes and asset management practices
