Introduction
Clicks Group Careers is seeking an experienced and visionary General Manager to provide strategic leadership and oversee daily operations in alignment with group strategic objectives. This role is responsible for driving a compelling and sustainable brand proposition, achieving sales and profit targets, delivering operational and service excellence, and strengthening overall brand affiliation.
Job Purpose
To lead the business strategically and operationally by aligning brand direction with commercial objectives, ensuring sustainable growth, profitability, and market leadership within the health and beauty sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with The Body Shop International
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance specialisation and grow market leadership in beauty categories
- Deliver on financial and operational plans to drive sustainable business growth
- Act as custodian of the brand proposition, values, and principles to foster a motivated and engaged workforce
- Expand and optimise brand presence across appropriate retail formats to retain and grow market share
- Enhance customer loyalty and improve overall returns
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to maintain operational excellence
- Lead and manage people, processes, and resources to build organisational capability and achieve transformation objectives

- Minimum three-year tertiary qualification, such as a Bachelor’s degree or BCom
