About the Program
Truworths’ in-house Fashion Studio is at the heart of our Ladieswear, Menswear, and Kidswear success. This creative hub analyzes global fashion trends and generates innovative ideas, drawing insights from trend institutes, international fashion fairs, and consultants monitoring retailers in the USA, UK, and Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage your experience and fashion expertise to interpret global trends in colours, fabrics, styles, and trims for each Truworths brand.
• Inspire and energize teams of Buyers, Planners, and Merchandise leaders using trend insights to develop exclusive, seasonally relevant garment ranges.
• Translate fashion information into extensive, yet limited, product offerings to maintain uniqueness and brand appeal.

Qualifications and Experience

• Preferably 5 years of design experience in fashion retail or creative manufacturing.
• Alternatively, candidates with dual experience in design and buying, capable of applying creative energy practically, are encouraged to apply.

Competencies

• Strong design skills with proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, and CAD.
• Demonstrated strength in product development and fashion conceptualization.
