About the Program:

Job Description

• Assist maintenance personnel with general upkeep and basic repairs.
• Transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites efficiently.
• Prepare, clean, and maintain work areas to ensure safety and organization.
• Perform simple manual labour tasks such as digging, lifting, and assembling.
• Safely handle and move materials, parts, and components.
• Operate hand tools and basic equipment under supervision.
• Support tasks including cleaning, painting, and minor building work.
• Report faults, leaks, or hazards promptly to supervisors.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain high housekeeping standards.

Job Requirements

• Grade 12 or equivalent (Essential).
• Minimum 1 year of construction or maintenance experience (Essential).
• Valid driver’s licence (Essential).
• Basic knowledge of plumbing.
• Understanding of general maintenance tasks.
