The DynamX Trainee Programme is designed to grow and develop high-potential graduates by building strong technical capability aligned to individual career aspirations. The programme offers valuable cross-functional exposure within a fast-paced, dynamic corporate environment.
About the DynamX Trainee Programme
- A highly competitive 24-month programme structured through segmented fixed-term contracts
- Progression through each phase is based on robust performance evaluations
- Development through 6-month rotational assignments, enabling cross-functional experience across different teams
- Learning is guided by the 70-20-10 model, combining hands-on experience, developmental relationships, and formal training
- Encourages innovative thinking, calculated risk-taking, and opportunity creation
- Upon successful completion of the 24-month programme, candidates are eligible to apply for a range of career opportunities within the business

Candidate Profile
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent tertiary qualification in fields including, but not limited to:
- Finance
- People, Psychology, or Human Resources
- Marketing
- Technology
- Engineering
- Supply Chain Management
- Logistics
- No more than two years of total full-time formal work experience by the programme start date
- Bachelor’s degree completed by programme start date from a recognized tertiary institution
- Full legal authorization to work in the country
- Willingness to be geographically mobile within South Africa
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to adapt quickly to new systems
