As a Dutch-Speaking Sales Agent, you will communicate with existing customers to strengthen relationships, reduce cancellations, and identify opportunities to increase revenue. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with existing customers
- Maintain strong client relationships and support customer retention
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services based on customer needs
- Record all interactions accurately within the CRM system
- Stay updated on products, market developments, and sales strategies
- Collaborate with team members to achieve and exceed performance targets
- Respond to customer queries and provide high-quality support
Candidate Requirements
- Fluent Dutch language skills (C1/C2 level), with native fluency preferred
- Proven sales experience in inbound, outbound, telesales, or retention roles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion abilities
- Target-driven mindset with confidence in achieving results
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and high energy levels
- Comfortable using computer systems and sales tools
