Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls with existing customers.
- Maintain strong client relationships by delivering outstanding customer service and preventing cancellations.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services based on customer needs.
- Accurately record customer interactions and updates within the CRM system.
- Stay updated on products, services, and current market trends to support effective selling.

Requirements
- Fluent Dutch language proficiency at C1/C2 level, with native fluency preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, including inbound, outbound, telesales, or customer retention roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to work toward targets.
