Creditors Clerk

Sea Harvest vacancies are seeking a detail-focused Creditors Clerk to provide efficient clerical and administrative support for vendor accounts. This role is critical in ensuring accurate processing, reconciliation, and management of creditors’ transactions while maintaining strong internal and external relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Process creditors’ invoices in line with established procedures and requirements
• Reconcile creditors’ accounts and resolve queries accurately within agreed deadlines
• Liaise with Operations, Procurement, and suppliers to address account-related matters
• Maintain and manage an effective filing system, including reconciliations, invoices, and payment records

Minimum Requirements

• Matric with Accountancy and Mathematics
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in a creditors or accounts payable environment
• Advanced computer literacy, including strong Microsoft Excel skills with formulas and Microsoft Word proficiency
