Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 10 minimum (Grade 12 advantageous)
• Computer literacy is an advantage
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Good numeracy and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all meals and deli products are prepared according to recipes and quantity specifications
• Maintain hygiene, housekeeping, and safe working standards
• Adhere to security procedures at all times
• Conduct regular quality checks, rotate stock, and remove damaged or expired items
• Minimise wastage, shrinkage, and damage
• Complete all relevant administration and documentation
• Monitor budget, expenses, turnover, and gross, taking corrective action when needed
• Plan daily and weekly production of products
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Ensure all equipment is maintained and operated according to standards
