Job Description
Overall Purpose:
The Control Room Manager is responsible for ensuring all site-specific security requirements are met and that client needs are addressed efficiently and professionally. The role oversees control room operations, manages personnel, and maintains high standards of discipline and operational excellence in the Fourways area.
Minimum Requirements:
- PSIRA Grade A certification.
- Grade 12 / Matric.
- Valid driver’s license with own reliable transport; must reside in the Fourways area.
- Proficient in MS Office and CCTV systems.
- Ability to work under pressure, extended hours, and shifts as required.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the security industry within a control room or call centre.
- Call centre/control room experience including complaint management and disciplinary enforcement.
- No criminal record or pending cases; reliable and trustworthy.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Job Specification:
- Fluent in English with strong telephone etiquette and communication skills.
- Experienced in Excuquard, Listener, Milestone, Challenger, Auto Cam, and VUMACAM systems.
- Capable of compiling reports and conducting investigations.
- Practical CCTV monitoring experience.

- Skilled in problem-solving and managing control room personnel.
