The Butchery Manager is responsible for leading and supervising the butchery department within a Pick n Pay Corporate store. This role involves planning, organising, directing, motivating, and controlling daily operations while providing hands-on support to achieve Butchery Division and Pick n Pay business objectives.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 / Matric
  • Minimum of 5 years’ butchery experience

  • Sound knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
  • Understanding of food retail operations

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure hygiene, housekeeping, and food safety compliance
  • Handle departmental administration accurately
