About the Role
Join a leading financial services provider as a Branch Consultant and play a key role in delivering exceptional client service while driving sales performance within a branch environment. This role focuses on understanding client needs and providing tailored financial solutions that add real value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote financial products and grow market share through professional advice and excellent client engagement
  • Identify opportunities to optimise client portfolios and cross-sell value-added services
  • Deliver on branch sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and risk management practices
  • Plan and report on monthly sales and service activities within the branch
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including business owners and community networks

Experience Required

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in sales or marketing
  • Experience within an insurance or financial services environment is advantageous

Qualifications

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • RE5 qualification is advantageous
  • FAIS compliance (Wealth Management) in line with DOFA requirements

Knowledge, Skills and Competencies

  • Strong client service orientation
  • Proven sales and cross-selling skills
  • Understanding of the insurance industry and regulatory environment is beneficial
  • Ability to meet and exceed performance targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Technologically proficient
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Adaptable with a willingness to learn and grow
