Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, bake, and finish products according to recipes and specifications
• Merchandise and display baked goods to company standards
• Maintain hygiene, housekeeping, and safe working practices in both front and back areas
• Follow and uphold security procedures at all times
• Operate, clean, and maintain bakery equipment, reporting defects to the Bakery Manager
• Complete relevant documentation, including production sheets and customer orders
• Handle routine tasks accurately and conscientiously, ensuring consistency and quality

Requirements

• Experience as a Baker’s Assistant or in a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Customer-minded with a proactive approach
• Ability to follow procedures and work conscientiously
