Job Overview
The Associate Director is responsible for driving and delivering MOVE productivity across EMEA, aligning with end-to-end (E2E) waste reduction and productivity improvement plans. This role sets both long-term and short-term productivity programs in collaboration with Supply Chain stakeholders, ensuring best-in-class operational performance and scalable initiatives across markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive MOVE productivity in line with strategic E2E waste and efficiency plans.
  • Develop, coordinate, and implement long-term and short-term productivity programs with BU P&P and productivity leads across EMEA.
  • Lead operational units to roll out best practices and strategic projects that enhance Supply Chain performance.
  • Co-own the overall EMEA MOVE productivity plan in partnership with OU/MU Supply Chain, P&P, and finance leads.
  • Set annual operating plans (AOP) and 3-year productivity plans with full coordination across OU/MU Supply Chain functions.
  • Identify and implement scalable initiatives to replicate productivity improvements across multiple markets.
  • Support digital transformation efforts in Supply Chain, including adoption of tools and systems.
  • Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance on productivity, cost, waste, and service levers across the end-to-end Supply Chain.

Qualifications

  • 10–15 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or Finance within large-scale, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong analytical and systems thinking skills to identify and implement scalable programs.
  • Experience leading digital transformation initiatives and supporting tool/system adoption.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, working across functions including S&T, OU/MU SC, Finance, and other function heads.
  • Proven strategic planning capabilities, with experience designing and delivering both long-term and short-term productivity programs.
  • Deep understanding of MOVE productivity levers and end-to-end Supply Chain operations.
  • Experience managing large-scale functional transformation programs across markets.
  • Ability to develop robust business cases and drive cross-functional implementation with speed.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, capable of engaging all leadership levels.
  • Collaborative leadership style with a strong focus on people development and scaling best practices.
