Pepkor is looking for a results-driven Area Growth Manager to expand the Flash footprint and drive device sales across the assigned region. This role focuses on increasing turnover, building strong client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence across all sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow Flash device sales in the region through all assigned sales channels
- Increase overall turnover of devices and payment channels in line with departmental targets
- Expand the acquiring base while maintaining high adoption rates for Flash devices
- Conduct training on all Flash products at stores during each visit
- Manage relationships and ensure 90% of Red Flag calls are completed to reduce churn
- Support the kiosk environment and maintain key stakeholder relationships
- Map and geo-locate the trader database to ensure accuracy
Minimum Requirements
- 2–3 years of sales or field operations experience
- Grade 12
- Proficient in English (read, write, speak)
- Fully computer literate (Teams and Excel)
- Valid driver’s license
