About the Program:
Job Description
- Coordinate and provide technical oversight for delivery and redelivery of aircraft and engines, ensuring compliance with work scopes, contractual requirements, and approved instructions.
- Prepare and present structured project progress reports, detailing milestones, risks, budget status, and key dependencies to stakeholders.
- Coordinate physical inspections of aircraft or major modules and review records as required by lessors or buyers.
- Conduct due diligence audits on aircraft records when requested.
- Verify that aircraft maintenance aligns with contractual technical requirements.
- Communicate proactively with technical staff and suppliers to ensure adherence to contracts, regulations, and project timelines.
- Inform the Asset Management team of planned and unplanned maintenance requirements.
- Perform incoming and outgoing inspections of major modules according to work instructions.
- Oversee technicians assigned to specific projects.
- Act as liaison between technical teams and the Asset Management team.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers and staff to support productive interactions.
- Support team members and foster collaboration to achieve team and organisational goals.
Job Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent (Essential).
- Tertiary qualification in Mechanics, Avionics, or related field (Advantageous).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in maintenance planning or technical roles in aviation (Essential).
- Experience with B737 aircraft, aircraft records, aviation regulations, quality standards, and aircraft lease/engine contract administration (Advantageous).
- Familiarity with CAMO control systems or maintenance systems (Advantageous).
- Willingness to work additional hours as required.
- Willingness to travel (Essential).
