Dischem Vacancies is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Clerk to join the CJD team. The primary purpose of this role is to support pricing functions on the master data system and assist with related processes on a third-party ordering platform, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all administrative functions.

Minimum Requirements

Essential:

• Grade 12 / Matric with Accounting and Mathematics

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining accurate and reliable master data
• Support master data projects and initiatives across various functional areas
• Analyse stock master performance indicators, including sales volumes, and provide recommendations to management
• Monitor and maintain pricing data to ensure accuracy and timely updates
• Ensure promotional files are loaded accurately and on time prior to promotional campaigns
• Identify required price changes and submit relevant recommendations
• Assist with internal customer queries related to pricing and master data
• Contribute to the development and implementation of improvement plans and best practices in stock master file management
• Participate in the formulation of annual continuous improvement plans for the master data process and team
• Support innovation initiatives aimed at enhancing existing processes and implementing tactical improvements with industry stakeholders
