Job Description
Key Performance Areas
- Analyse and optimise real estate and property-related business processes to improve efficiency, compliance, and sustainability.
- Elicit, analyse, and document business and technical requirements, translating operational and property needs into effective solution designs.
- Map current and future-state real estate processes, assess change impacts, and ensure accurate, up-to-date documentation.
- Coordinate testing and quality assurance activities, including test case reviews and facilitation of user acceptance testing.
- Support data migration, reconciliation, and validation to maintain data integrity across real estate and property systems.
- Contribute to strategic real estate initiatives and projects, ensuring delivery against agreed timelines and objectives.
- Facilitate solution implementation and provide ongoing Level 2 support for operational and system-related issues.
- Manage and collaborate with vendors, technology partners, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive system and process documentation to support continuity and knowledge sharing.
- Proactively identify and recommend system, process, and reporting improvements aligned to real estate operations.
- Perform ad hoc duties as required by management.
Minimum Requirements
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
- Bachelor of Commerce or an equivalent relevant tertiary qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably within retail, wholesale, or property environments.
- At least 3 years’ experience as a Junior Business Analyst.
- Exposure to retail or real estate operations will be advantageous.
- Strong understanding of relevant application stacks and property or asset-related systems.
- Working knowledge of BABOK, Application Lifecycle Management, SDLC, and project methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
