Purpose of the Position
Lead a store team to achieve business KPIs by driving sales, controlling costs, minimising risks and stock loss, managing administration, and maintaining world-class store standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth through exceptional customer service and consistent store standards
• Maintain store image through effective merchandising, stock management, and promotional execution
• Minimise stock loss by fostering a positive store culture and following security, stock, and cash handling procedures
• Manage store costs in line with the company’s low-cost culture by driving operational efficiencies
• Ensure all store administrative duties are completed accurately and on time
• Lead, train, coach, and manage a high-performing store team
• Maintain health, safety, and housekeeping standards at all times

Job Requirements

• Grade 12 qualification
• Proficiency in English
• Relevant tertiary qualification (degree or diploma) in business or retail management is an advantage
• 1–2 years’ experience in a retail leadership role
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and/or Google GSuite
