The 3P Expansion Lead plays a critical role in driving strategic partnerships on the BEES platform, accelerating digital transformation and partner adoption. This role blends consultative account leadership, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver sustainable growth for both partners and BEES. Acting as the main liaison, the 3P Expansion Lead ensures strong alignment between partner objectives and BEES capabilities, unlocking efficiency, monetization, and long-term value.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Account Leadership
Act as the primary contact for partners, managing end-to-end relationships and ensuring successful BEES adoption.
Strategic Planning
Develop and execute customized account plans aligned with partner objectives and BEES KPIs, with a strong focus on digital maturity and transformation.
Change Management
Lead organizational readiness within partner teams, supporting seamless adoption of new tools, processes, and technologies.
Relationship Management
Build trusted, long-term partnerships through proactive engagement and strong BEES advocacy.
Performance Optimization
Analyze sales, adoption, and operational data to identify growth opportunities, implement action plans, and present insights to local and global senior leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate internal teams including Technology, Revenue Management, Product, and Care, as well as external stakeholders, to deliver integrated solutions.
Revenue Growth Initiatives
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the BEES ecosystem to increase partner engagement and profitability.
Reporting and Insights
Provide regular performance reviews, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to partners and internal stakeholders.
Market Intelligence
Track industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform partner strategies and maintain competitive advantage.
Customer Experience Management
Monitor and improve partner satisfaction using KPIs such as NPS, Rate My Delivery, and digital engagement metrics.
Innovation Advocacy
Serve as the voice of the customer, sharing insights with product teams to drive continuous improvement of BEES solutions.
Joint Business Planning
Co-create value and growth plans with partners and suppliers, aligning commercial goals with digital strategies for mutual success.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in Key Account Management or Sales Management, ideally within CPG, Technology, or Wholesale industries

- Proficiency in data analysis tools, presentation skills, and digital commerce platforms
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage change effectively
