Purpose of the Job
Support the implementation of the People Support strategy within the allocated region by effectively assisting with the management and delivery of people support functions aligned to business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment and selection processes across the region
• Assist with industrial relations matters and employee relations support
• Manage personnel administration in line with company policies and procedures
• Promote and sustain a strong people-centred organisational culture
• Ensure consistent application of personnel policies and procedures
• Support succession planning initiatives to build future leadership capability
• Coordinate and support training and development interventions
• Provide operational people support to line management

Job Incumbent Requirements

• Grade 12 with a relevant Honours degree in Human Resources or related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a generalist HR role
• Retail industry experience and knowledge will be advantageous
• Computer literacy with G Suite proficiency
• Valid Code 8 manual driver’s licence and willingness to travel extensively
