Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 Matric qualification
• Minimum of three years’ proven experience in retail management

Professional Expertise

• Drive sales through effective planning, prospecting, and customer-centric service
• Manage stock levels to ensure availability while minimizing losses
• Ensure compliance with legislation, policies, and risk management standards
• Oversee cash handling, financial controls, and profitability
• Lead, motivate, and develop teams in a performance-driven environment
