Introduction
Pepkor Vacancies is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesperson to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling products, delivering excellent customer service, and building strong relationships with customers. This role contributes directly to achieving sales targets and supporting the overall growth of the business.

Role Purpose
To generate income and maximise profitability through effective sales and service delivery while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily sales activities to drive sales performance
• Achieve set sales budgets, targets, and income goals
• Attract and retain customers through effective merchandising standards
• Process cash and credit transactions in line with company policies
• Engage with customers in a professional and customer-centric manner

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 qualification
• 7–12 months sales experience, preferably within a retail environment
