Job Role:
We are seeking a talented Art Director to transform complex ideas into captivating visuals across print, digital, and multimedia platforms. You will serve as the creative bridge between abstract concepts and tangible design assets, bringing storytelling, innovation, and conceptual thinking to every project.

Responsibilities:

  • Create visually compelling designs, concepts, and layouts based on design principles and aesthetics.
  • Develop artwork for campaigns, including landing pages, banner ads, social media posts, website assets, posters, and other media deliverables.
  • Estimate project timelines and manage design workflows from start to finish.
  • Think creatively to produce innovative ideas and visual concepts.
  • Source and edit imagery for campaigns and concepts.
  • Apply brand CI guidelines consistently across all mediums.
  • Translate visual styles across multiple platforms to create cohesive campaigns.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers to ensure high-quality output.
  • Understand and manage print production processes, including creating print-ready artwork.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and deliver designs that meet goals.
  • Develop conceptual designs, sketches, and storyboards to communicate ideas effectively.
  • Produce eye-catching graphics, illustrations, motion graphics, and layouts aligned with brand identity.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure designs remain innovative and relevant.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in a design-related field
  • 3–4 years of digital design experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and design expertise
  • Experience working in advertising environments alongside copywriters

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques
  • Experience creating web and social media banners (static and dynamic)
  • Knowledge of animation, GIFs, and motion graphics
  • Familiarity with print production, repro, and creating print-ready artwork
  • Understanding of digital devices across desktop and mobile platforms

Competencies / Attributes:

  • Strong conceptual thinking, storytelling, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • High-level sense of design, layout, and typography with a variety of design solutions
  • Collaborative, able to work as part of a creative team of designers and copywriters
  • Ability to develop, evolve, and work with brand positioning and CI
  • Experience handling both brand and retail design briefs
  • Adaptable to changing priorities and project requirements
