Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Expand the Flash footprint in the area across all assigned sales channels.
• Drive growth of Flash device sales and overall turnover of devices and payment channels in line with departmental targets and strategy.
• Increase the acquiring base and maintain high adoption rates when placing Flash devices.
• Conduct in-store training for all Flash products during each visit.
• Manage relationships and ensure 90% completion of Red Flag calls within the sector to reduce churn.
• Support kiosk operations according to established structures and maintain strong relationships with all kiosk stakeholders.
• Map and geo-locate the trader database to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• 2–3 years of sales or field operations experience
• Grade 12 qualification
• Proficiency in English (read, write, and speak)
• Fully computer literate, including Teams and Excel
• Valid driver’s license
