Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Expand the Flash footprint in your area through all sales channels assigned to the team.
• Drive growth of Flash device sales in the market, increasing overall turnover of all devices and payment channels in line with departmental targets and strategies.
• Grow the acquiring base and maintain high adoption rates when placing Flash devices.
• Conduct in-store training for all Flash products during each visit.
• Manage relationships and ensure 90% completion of Red Flag calls within the sector to reduce churn.
• Support the kiosk environment according to established structures and maintain strong relationships with all kiosk stakeholders in the region.
• Map and geo-locate the trader database to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• 2–3 years of sales or field operations experience
• Grade 12 qualification
• Proficiency in English (read, write, and speak)
• Fully computer literate, including Teams and Excel
• Valid driver’s license

Skills and Attributes:

• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Willingness to travel long distances
• Target-driven with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and planning abilities
• Strong negotiation and customer relationship management skills
• Passionate about delivering exceptional service
• Experience in branding, merchandising, and stock management
• Effective area and diary management, feedback, and reporting skills
