Job Summary
Affinity Health Vacancies is seeking experienced Telesales Representatives to join a high-performing outbound call centre team. This role is ideal for driven sales professionals with a passion for insurance and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to promote and sell short-term and long-term insurance products
• Engage potential clients professionally and build strong customer relationships
• Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
• Comply with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year’s telesales experience in short-term and/or long-term insurance
• Outbound call centre sales experience
• Matric certificate
• RE5 qualification is advantageous
• Clean criminal record
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to perform in a target-driven environment
