Data and Analytics UX Manager – Woolworths Vacancies
Woolworths is seeking an experienced Data and Analytics UX Manager to lead the UX capability within the DnA Centre of Excellence. This role focuses on delivering user-centric design solutions, driving adoption of data and analytics use cases, and building a high-performing UX team.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop the UX team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
- Manage team composition, career development, role definition, and hiring
- Provide managerial guidance and support to team members
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and third-party partners
UX Strategy and Delivery
- Provide strategic UX input into DnA use case solution teams
- Lead UX initiatives to meet business objectives and identify opportunities for improvement
- Participate in and spearhead strategic projects for specific use cases
- Deliver stakeholder presentations and showcase design outputs
- Ensure DnA interfaces are intuitive, functional, and aligned with programme intent
UX and UI Oversight
- Guide and oversee UX and UI designers on wireframing, prototyping, and solution design
- Provide insight into research methods, user testing, A/B testing, and other qualitative and quantitative testing
- Review, provide feedback, and sign off on UX and UI deliverables
- Ensure consistency, usability, and quality across all design outputs
Building and Scaling UX Capabilities
- Grow the design practice within the Centre of Excellence
- Establish and manage design systems, workflows, documentation, and reporting standards
- Standardise tools, research methods, and testing processes
- Optimise design processes to improve quality, impact, and alignment across projects

Minimum Requirements
- Relevant degree or diploma
- 8–10 years’ experience in UX, UI, or related roles
- Practical understanding of front-end development
- Demonstrated experience in UI, UX, interaction, and functional management
- Knowledge of visual, UI, and interaction design principles with attention to detail
- Experience with product management and agile methodologies
- Strong understanding of customer experience aligned with online vision and brand principles
- Ability to articulate design reasoning, user flows, and wireframes
- Knowledge of computer and mobile platforms
